16 Years?

This is absolutely nuts…

We all spend a lot of time on the internet nowadays, but it’s also crazy to think about how quickly this has evolved over the last few years. Where we are now compared to even only a couple of years ago, it seems like millennia have gone by!

So when I got the email above, it made do a double take!

I’ve always been an early adopter of tech and the internet was no different. From running a phone cable across my parents’ place, to yell at my mum when she would pick up the phone and my connection would drop all of a sudden, to have AI doing all my most boring chores and tasks! What a ride!

The constant element in all of this journey has always been this site! Registering my own domain, having a personal outlet for any sort of ideas and experiment has always been such a fun thing to have and do. Doesn’t matter that I’ve been shouting into a void since day one, still fun to do for me!

The site itself has been through so many iterations and changes and ideas…the Wordpress anniversary email also prompt me hopping on the way back machine and take a trip down memory lane, what a crazy start!

To the next 16 years and beyond!
